My role: Producer
The brief was to create a new website that's easy to navigate, both for finding the latest work and classics from previous years, that looks modern but with a creative quirk and personal touch. It also needed to be easy to manage since the content is constantly being kept up to date.
As lead producer on this project I was responsible for budget management, timings and scope of work as well as managing the creative and production process.
